Mark Yoder joined the firm in 2010. Mark has over 10 years of experience practicing real estate law and handles real estate and complex transactional matters for the firm’s special district clients in addition to serving as district general counsel. Mark also represents institutional investors in private equity transactions and investments. Prior to joining McGeady Sisneros, Mark provided legal advice and counsel to real estate, oil & gas, corporate, and other clients on a full range of real property acquisitions and dispositions, loans and financing, construction contracts, subcontractor arrangements, service agreements, agency agreements, consulting contracts, leases, and mergers and acquisitions. Mark has represented clients in the acquisition, financing, redevelopment and subsequent leasing of commercial real estate properties.
