Mary Jo Dougherty joined
the firm in 1999 and became a shareholder in 2001. Coming to the firm with over ten years of experience in real estate law and municipal finance, Mary Jo’s experience allowed the firm to continue to expand its special
district law practice. Mary Jo appreciates the opportunity to serve smaller development projects as well as the challenge of complicated financial transactions, including the formation and implementation of Urban Renewal Authorities, General Improvement Districts, and Public Improvement Corporations. She enjoys a team approach and the firm’s commitment to responsive client service and creative problem solving. Mary Jo has received an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale Hubbell.
