MARYANN M. McGEADY
Born Bellport, New York, February 16, 1957; admitted to bar, 1982, Colorado.

Real Estate Experience: Due diligence on small and large (1,000+ acres) properties, negotiated and drafted vacant land contracts, negotiated rolling option agreements for lot purchases for developer clients, handle ongoing real estate matters for Firm's special district clients.
