ART COLLECTION

We believe art enhances the space in which we live and work, which is why we have been collecting original works by regional artists since 1985. We are privileged to share these more than 125 expressions of beauty and creativity with our clients.

Loosely unified by an abstract style and an organic aesthetic, our collection includes sculpture, glass, painting, photography, and works on paper by noted artists such as Bill Amundson, Betsy Bauer, Stephen Dinsmore, Emilio Lobato, Mary Mackey, Don Quade, Carl Reed, Mark Sink and Bill Starke.

Recognizing the collection’s central role in our office, furnishings and light fixtures were carefully selected not only for their own sculptural qualities, but for their compatibility with the art.

One of our most asked-about pieces is Lobato’s impressive Distrito Especial (Special District, a play on words that also refers to the Firm’s core business), which hangs in the McGeady Sisneros, P.C. lobby to greet clients and guests. Measuring approximately four feet by eight feet, the mixed-media painting was custom made to compliment the architectural design of the workspace and incorporates a blueprint of the office’s architectural floorplan.
